Molecular Neuro-Oncology

The Molecular Neuro-Oncology lab investigates molecular and cellular heterogeneity of brain tumors. We focus on third-generation sequencing technology for epigenetic classification of tumor types, development of non-invasive molecular methods for diagnosing and monitoring brain tumors and dissecting the tumor microenvironment.
